Hi, folks. I am a fledgling newbie who just started the Starter Training. I uploaded the folder containing files of different formats to Preservica, from my Files Explorer. But I can’t view the folder on my home screen afterward. What must I do to view that folder on the home screen? Thanks!
+5Hi there, you will need to upload the content into an existing folder, rather than directly into the root folder.
+5You can move content around by selecting the folder and dragging and dropping onto the desired folder.
