Change default display options in explorer?

I’m adding metadata for a bunch of files in Preservica Starter. After I navigate to the folder with the files in Explorer, I set it to sort A to Z and show 50 assets per page. However, it keeps resetting to the defaults and I have to sort it again every time the page reloads. Is there a way to tell it to sort A to Z with 50 assets per page by default?Thanks!

Hello, I came across a Facebook post from Dec 9, 2024 promoting a new Starter Edition for $39/month. But I cannot locate it anywhere in the pricing tab. Was it only a limited time offer?  Thank you!

Change Account Email

Hello, I am wondering how I can change my account’s email address. The one I originally used will no longer be valid at the end of this year as it is my student university email. I put a lot of work into my account and would like to change the email so that I can continue to access my files.Thank you.

Unable to find folder containing files of different formats on home screen

Hi, folks. I am a fledgling newbie who just started the Starter Training. I uploaded the folder containing files of different formats to Preservica, from my Files Explorer. But I can’t view the folder on my home screen afterward. What must I do to view that folder on the home screen? Thanks!

I am getting the following error message when I try to upload a folder with files including a Dublin Core template .csv file: There was a problem with your ingest packageThe CSV metadata file has been mapped successfully, but something went wrong whilst processing the package.
