Hi there - I am trying to upload four .jpg files to a folder in my Starter account, and they are all getting stuck at the preserving point. See below:
Not sure what could be causing this? The other .jpgs I have uploaded in the past only took a few minutes to complete and show up in the folder. By the way, I’m a super newbie! Thank you!

Hi Dana,
Often this means that something in the makeup of the jpeg means that our migration tool is having trouble with it. Is it possible to share one of those jpegs with me, please feel free to private message me if you don’t want to share on a public forum.
