Thank you to everyone that took part in last week’s Special Interest Group (SIG) on ‘Remote Contributors’, an upcoming new Starter capability making it easy to get donors and submitters to contribute digital assets to your repository.

This was an extremely valuable session, and thank you to those that provided feedback and suggestions as we continually develop and enhance this exciting new feature ahead of it’s planned release for Starter users in the first half of next year.

Another thought if there were to be a perm. URL developed, authorization could come through EZProxy or SAML, etc. Whatever an institution has setup.

Hi @reedkayla
Thank you for your suggestion, it’s noted. Ability to share a permanent URL for the content upload will be  considered and prioritized for the next remote contributors releases.

@David do you have an idea of what release or a general timeline of availability for the Remote Contributors feature for EoP Preservica?

Thanks!
