I have make the photo, video and the folder to be public. However, i could not make them appear in the public portal. Just wondering if I can get any advice please?

Hi Muriel,

One thing to check is whether the path to your folder is also public, so if your folder sits down the hierarchy then the higher level folders you need to traverse in order to get to it also need to be public.
