I want to know what I have to do in Preservica to create a similar page.

Hi,

The structure of the Starter system and the layout of the public portal means that you are not going to be able emulate the look and feel of the linked website. However a good starting point would be to create a folder as you have done, upload the relevant files then move them into sub-folders for the different years. Remember to make these folders public, then you can view them in the portal.
