I’ve read through several posts on bulk uploads, and I apologize in advance if I missed this.

Are you able to edit one field for one asset from a previous bulk upload?

I don’t see an option. I don’t need to edit one field for the all the bulk uploaded assets. Just one field for one asset.

Thanks!

Hi there,

Yes you can, simply select the asset that requires editing and in the Metadata area an Edit button will appear, click this and make the change and then Save.

Thanks

Paul

Paul,

I have been able to do the edit in the past. But when I checked this morning to make an edit. There doesn’t appear to be the edit feature in the Dublin Core metadata section. There is only a pencil icon near the general Preservica title and description. Not the metadata section.

Thanks,

Kris
