For the past several days, I have attempted to change thumbnails for assets and folders but there is always an error message. The photos I am trying to use are under 10MB and are jpgs. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties, are you trying to upload photos when you hit the issue? If so then you may have hit a size limit, if I remember rightly there is a 1mb limit for thumbnail uploads.
If you have the system create thumbnails from existing assets then they will be downscaled to thumbnail size but not if uploading external photos.

I am having this same issue recently. I have tried uploading thumbnails as small as 264K. I have tried as JPG and PNG, have tried in Edge & Chrome, and keep getting an error message. These are for a single file, not a folder. I have uploaded thumbnails for a single file before. Very frustrating. Would love to know how to fix this/what I’m doing wrong.
This still seems to be an issue, as I am continuously getting an error when I try to upload a thumbnail. I have tried the same things as dendolpat has tried too. The limits is 10MB or less and these are way below that limit.
How do you have the system create thumbnails? Mine used to but when I upgraded it has stop doing this function.
