I’m trying to delete an empty folder I no longer need in my collection, but I keep getting the error message “Deletion request failed.” When I click into Home > Parent Folder, the folder I attempted to delete is no longer there, but I can still see/click/access it on the side menu. Is there a step I’m missing here?
Maybe you’ve tried this already, but in my experience, the side menu does not automatically refresh. So if you have 100 items and you move them, they’ll still display where they were until you collapse and re-open the side menu, which then gives you a refreshed view of the menu. Perhaps that isn’t the problem here, though.
