How do you add a logo to the Portal in Starter (paid) edition? The pricing comparison online suggests this should be possible, but there is no option to save it on ‘Style my Portal’. Thanks

Adding logo to Portal in Starter edition

If you are a Starter Plus user there should be a Save button at the bottom of the Style my portal > Header section screen.
If you are and don't see this option, please drop my an email with a screenshot of what you see and the email address you use to login.
