I’m making a start on learning and setting up the universal access portal, hopefully using the new interface (not WordPress). I’m trying to find information to help me on this journey but I cannot find anything and hoping someone can point me to the best guidance resources to refer to.

Hello Ian,

There is a training video on Universal Access fundamentals, which covers setting up WordPress, available in the Training course recordings for Professional Classic section on the Community Hub.

You say “Universal Access” but then you also say “not Wordpress” so I think you mean “Portal” (UA is the Wordpress-based public access site option).
