Starter edition: Getting started with Starter training

Whether you’re a new user of Preservica Starter or just looking to understand more about what the system does, this training session will cover the fundamentals of digital preservation and how to use Starter to preserve digital your digital content. 

The session will cover:

• Upload a folder containing files of different formats
• Uploading a zip file containing multiple assets
• Viewing Advanced Information about your preserved assets
• Manually adding metadata to your folders & assets
• Deleting your digital content
• Making your content publicly accessible
• Upload a folder with files and metadata in bulk
• Setting up and using Record transfers
• Editing metadata in bulk*

There will also be opportunities to ask questions and complete post-training activities.
