Preservica User Group at CoSA 2026

Join the Preservica User Group for a hands-on session at CoSA 2026. This group brings together CoSA members who use, or are considering, the Preservica platform to trade workflows, ask questions, and learn from each other's experience with Digital Preservation.

We're pleased to welcome Lopez Matthews, the State Archivist and Public Records Administrator at the Government of the District of Columbia, who will share their experience with Preservica.
The second half of the session will take shape as an interactive workshop, where you can work through topics directly and bring your own questions.
Who should attend: Anyone using Preservica, evaluating it, or curious about digital preservation workflows for government and public records. New members and long-time users are equally welcome.
We recommend bringing questions about your own ingest and transfer processes. There'll be plenty of time to discuss real-world challenges with the group. We hope to see you there!
