Starter requires all the files in a Zip to be sitting under a top level folder, so instead of directly zipping the files up when preparing the Zip, perform the Zip against the folder they sit in.

So if you have a file structure that looks like this with folders called Images, Video and Sound and you want to upload all the Images using a zip file then please run the zip operation on the Images folder and not directly on the files underneath.

Please see the attached Zip file for an example of the structure and feel free to upload it to your Starter system to test, but be warned you will end up with a Gif of a Simpsons character which you may want to delete!

**An update in the 0.2.1 release in November 2020 removes restrictions on zip file structure, it is now possible to ingest zipped files and folders of any structure. For example, the following can be ingested within a zip:

• Multiple files
• Multiple folders with files inside
• A single file
• A single folder with files inside
• A zipped folder within a zip
