I’m trying to upload a folder with files and a .csv metadata file using the Dublin Core template from the starter website. I keep getting a message saying “There was a problem with your ingest package. The ingest package must include a CSV metadata file in your chosen upload folder.” The folder I’m trying to upload does contain a CSV metadata file.

Following a recent update in the Starter system the metadata file you upload must have the same name as the downloaded template, i.e Dublin_Core-template.csv. If you change the template name to something else it will not be recognised.
