Hi Chloe. This sounds like the same issue we’ve been having for about 4 months. Clearing the cookies on our browsers removes the error temporarily.
This is an error we are regularly encountering when trying to view our content too Chloe. We have logged a support ticket.

For the benefit of others and with a little background knowledge, the issue Chloe has on Starter won’t be the same as either Emily or Malcolm has experienced. Raising a ticket with support is definitely the right next step ,
