For users of Proficio and Preservica Starter. Has anyone created a template to add the ProficioID identifier to the correct asset field in Preservica? The Proficio record number needs to be added as the Preservica identifier (not in DC, but in the main metadata section of the asset. I don’t know how to create a template to get the Proficio record number into the correct identifier field.

The templates you can use in Starter are fixed e.g. DC and MODs. Its a useful idea for editions that can use APIs and integrate with catalogues. I would suggest you post in the Ideas area.

Within the main Preservica--not the Starter interface. Is there a way to upload or add the identifier to a complete folder of assets, so that when I go into Proficio to send the data to Preservica it will populate?

You can add an identifier in either interface now, but you would have to add/edit them one by one.
Currently:
To add identifiers in bulk for now you can use APIs to do this.
You can add in the .opex metadata to add on ingest.
