None of the file formats I’ve uploaded are creating a preservation format or access copy. I'm getting an error message in the process monitor that says: Error executing tool LibreOffice CLI on file.

The error message I’m getting is “Derivatives are not being generated; Process monitor shows LibreOffice CLI failures during workflow.PRES_PRESERVATION_01”
