Workshop question:

I have Starter plus, which means I have multiple users.  Is there a way to limit the access for one of those users?   

Essentially I want a “read only” user that can access the archives, but not make any changes.  This is for other staff that have permission to see the files, but I don’t want them to be able to accidentally delete or change anything.  I cannot use the public portal as there is restricted access for most of the materials.
