Hi! I am an MLIS student working on a group project for our finals and we are required to use Preservica for a preservation project. The Free account shows that we should have 5 gigs of storage, but even when my account is empty of assets, it shows I only have .21 gigs available. I recently uploaded 13 jpeg files and it says I have .01 gigs. Is this just a glitch or is there something wrong with my account?

You have come across a glitch (or a bug to use its official name!), our next release is due in early December and this will be fixed then. In the meantime please use the system as normal as this should not stop you uploading new assets.
