When I follow the steps to bulk add metadata in my portal, I am given a message that this task requires Starter Plus after selecting “Bulk Add Metadata Template.” My understanding was that Starter users would be able to utilize this tool. Has anyone else had this experience? Thanks!

Bulk add and bulk edit metadata are included with Starter Plus subscriptions only, this has been the case since they were made available last year.
The new feature to upload metadata and files in bulk, which was discussed at the recent user workshop you attended, will be available to all Starter users very soon 
.
