I would love to use the feature, but it still hasn’t been resolved as far as I know! I posted that almost a month ago and keep trying. Fingers crossed it is resolved soon!

It’s now a year or more since this issue was first posted so I’m hopeful it has been resolved and just not noted here since I am getting this message as well on 11/25/2024.

Just a quick update - we’ve identified this issue as related to running the External Submissions feature with SAML set up on your system (OKTA specifically). If you are experiencing this behavior, please open a ticket with our Support team.
