Our public portal has had an internal server error message all weekend. Is this happening product-wide? Or is there something I need to fix for our instance?

@dorchesterhistorical - I do get the same error when I follow the link you posted (2 pm ET, 6 Oct 2022), but I am not getting that error on my organization’s instance of Preservica, so it may be specific to you.
